"I served as Fine Arts Coordinator for Mojave River Academy within the Oro Grande School District during a formative period for the district’s fine arts programming. This engagement coincided with the district’s early years of implementing a new fine arts program across its schools. I was responsible for helping establish the foundational structure of the program—developing curriculum frameworks, supporting program rollout, and creating opportunities for student visibility through concerts, showcases, and gala-style events.

In addition to district-level coordination, I taught fine arts at one of the schools while independently managing the full scope of creative, logistical, and production responsibilities. This included planning and executing live performances, coordinating student presentations, and providing comprehensive photography and videography support to document and elevate student and staff work.
